SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time - This refers to how long it takes for us to dispatch an item once purchased.

Shipping time - This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to you from the moment it has been dispatched by us.

All orders are shipped from our UK store.

  • Processing time: 1-3 business working days

  • UK deliveries: Standard 1-3 Working Days

  • International deliveries: International Standard delivery (7–14 business days).

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us, please note that we do not provide tracking details as all delivery are standard delivery.

Shipping fee refers to the cost of initial shipping exclusively. Any possible additional charges (i.e. import tax, return, redelivery charge, etc.) do not fall under our liability.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we are happy to help, please contact us if there are are issues.

Returns: Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling to avoid restock fee. Due to the nature of silk and hygiene reasons we do not offer returns unless the item arrives damaged.

Contact us and post items back within 7days of delivery, we will process your returns as long as items are returned in the original condition unworn. 

Exchange: Due to the nature of silk and hygiene reasons we do not offer exchange.
